Exciting, newly renovated and unique event venue - right in the center of Oslo
At Oslo Event Hub, the only limit is your own imagination! This event venue of over 2,000 square meters is completely unique, newly refurbished and located right in the heart of Oslo city centre. The venue has a total capacity of up to 850 guests, and can host absolutely any type of event. Here, everything is in place for WOW experiences with eye-catching light installations, state-of-the-art technical equipment and beautiful table settings!
As the venue consists of several areas and spaces, either the entire venue can be used all together, or only parts of it. Depending on the number of people and what you want and need. The venue, for example, is just as suitable for a group of 80 as it is for a group of 500. Here you can also adapt the type of layout according to wishes and needs. The possibilities are endless!
In the Main Hall, for example, you can have 350 people at long tables, while with round tables it is 250. In a cinema setup, there is room for 500.
In the Big Time Hall, it is possible with 140 people at long tables and 90 people at round tables. In cinema setup, 200 people.
If the whole venue is used, we can comfortably cover up to 600 people at long tables, for example. Most things are possible!
Oslo Event Hub can be hired for the whole or part of the day, but is also perfect for an all-day event with a closing dinner and party in the evening. The venue is large and open with a wonderful atmosphere for banquets. The stages can also be used for entertainment with e.g. artists and bands or stand-up comedians etc. We assist in finding the right entertainment to set the perfect vibe for your event!
We offer packages for both day and evening and where you can choose from various delicious menus that suit exactly the arrangement you want. Whether it's a conference package with hand food or a buffet for the conference or a classic 3-course dinner or a seated or standing tapas menu in the evening. If the event is more of a mingling event, maybe finger food or canapés are the right choice.
Oslo Event Hub has a full liquor license until 03:00 and we have, for example, different wine packages that suit your choice of menu, in addition to several bars that we can place exactly where they fit best in terms of setup and needs.
With a central location in Dronningens gate 4, it is a short distance to all public transport with all bus and tram lines in the immediate vicinity, car parks next door and approx. 5 minute walk to Oslo S.
